Information
Serco is responsible for the design and implementation of the Travel Time services across the Highways Agency network, as well as similar services for Transport Scotland.
Information is important to enable travellers and freight companies to make informed choices. For example, we have also developed the Glasgow Bus and Information System (BIAS) as well as the Electronic Service Delivery for Abnormal Loads system in order to help hauliers, local authorities and the police handle the transport of large loads with the least disruption and risk of damage to the structures.
