David Billingham, HR Director
David joined Serco Solutions in 2007 from Atos Consulting where he was an Associate Partner responsible for leading its HR Transformation and Shared Services consulting team. This included leading client assignments in organisations including Sainsbury’s and Marks & Spencer plc and supporting HR and technology BPO business development activities in both the commercial and Government sector.
Prior to that he worked for Cadbury Schweppes and as a consultant with Price Waterhouse. After a period with Birmingham Midshires Building Society he moved to Britannic Assurance plc where he became HR director. David then chose to undertake a number of interim HR director roles with Arval PHH, Abbey and General Motors Europe.
David is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
