Prevention: Programme Cyclamen

This programme provides routine screening of traffic at all types of UK points of entry to prevent the illicit importation of radiological substances, as part of the Government's counter-terrorism strategy.

The £100million, ten-year contract was signed with the Home Office in October 2005. The system will be operated by HM Customs and Revenue officers
