Les Baker, business development director, technology
Les began his career as a systems engineer with the Ministry of Defence before joining Serco in 1992. Moving from operations into business development he built up Serco Justice - a predecessor business to the home affairs division - and was instrumental in developing Serco's strategic partnership with the National Crime Squad. He has since developed new business with the Immigration and Nationality Directorate and the Asset Recovery Agency. He played a key role in Serco's securing the Cyclamen homeland security contract with the Home Office.
