Shared and Specialist Services
The shared and specialist services arena is a potentially large new market within the area of Education and Children’s Services. The drive to create better value services and to target resources from the back office to the front office is guiding authorities to seek new efficiencies and ways of working. This is particularly applicable to smaller Authorities, where joining with a near neighbour to commission shared and specialist services can provide significant financial benefits.
The traditional school traded services will be supplemented by specialist services and offered as a single integrated service proposition to Authorities or large clusters of schools. The service can be expanded to meet the exact requirements of every customer and will comprise:
