Scheduler
Facility Scheduler is a powerful and flexible tool that enables planning, scheduling and timetabling to make the most efficient and effective use of resources. It deals easily with routine timetable planning as well as coping with the most complex arrangements of time, people and resources.
A pre-defined list of potential events and situations is included in the package but the module can also be fully programmed to meet a school’s unique circumstances. Rules and strategies can be programmed to meet any individual requirements and incorporate specific priorities and restraints.
Resources are all visible together in multiple windows so data can be manipulated using “drag and drop”, preventing the need to retype. Any clashes are flagged up by the system but the program can also be used dynamically to rearrange events if necessary.
