Programme Delivery
Serco delivers a range of programmes across the education sector building on our proven track record of working effectively with a range of stakeholders and partners. Our approach is to work closely with stakeholders to deliver tangible benefits through assured delivery. Recent programmes have included:
- Children’s Centres – we have recently been awarded a contract to support the delivery of Children’s Centres across England
- Welsh Assembly Government- we deliver the Professional Headship Induction Programme throughout the country, a programme underpinned by coaching and mentoring.
- NCSL - Serco delivers a range of programmes on behalf of the NCSLincluding the Certificate and Diploma in School Business Management andthe National Professional Qualification in Integrated Centre Leadership(NPQICL)
- Ofsted – Serco has delivered school inspections on behalf of Ofsted
