Over the past ten years Serco Denholm has developed an integrated health, safety and environmental policy, an initiative that has led to numerous RoSPA Gold Medal awards for continuous improvement in health and safety.

In addition, the Company is accredited under the worldwide International Safety Management (ISM) standard that insists that all marine activities are carried out under a quality assurance system with an overarching safety management ethos.

The company is committed to achieve the highest standards in health and safety in everything it does. We have embarked on a voluntary business-wide foundation training scheme, based on a British Safety Council qualification, that will be a compulsory requirement for all our staff involved in the marine services programme.
