It has come to our attention that some Serco shareholders have been contacted by ‘brokers’ giving unsolicited investment advice. Serco has not authorised these ‘brokers’. If any Serco shareholder is contacted by a third party, these have not been authorised by Serco and we would advise you to check with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) www.fsa.gov.uk/register before getting involved.
