Serco Foundation
All our operating businesses and contracts have their own budgets for Corporate Responsibility initiatives. But sometimes our people have great ideas that – for one reason or another – can’t be accommodated in the existing budget. That’s where the Serco Foundation comes in.
We formed the Foundation to provide additional financial support for great ideas, and to develop broader policy and guidance on corporate responsibility issues. It’s centrally funded by the Group and chaired by our Chief Executive. Its work is supported by the CR Steering Group, whose members include representatives from each business division.

The work of the Foundation does not replace any local initiative, be it fundraising or providing support to a local community project. It’s designed to enhance what we’re already doing by providing additional financial support to individual projects – enabling our people to be more proactive in the communities where they work and in recognising our environmental responsibilities.
