In the mountainous surrounds of Hong Kong, road tunnels provide vital commuter links. Each day, more than 90,000 vehicles can pass through the Serco-operated Lion Rock Tunnel
In such a busy system, the safe, smooth-running of the tunnel is down to co-operation and trust

Serco Best Practice Centre

The Serco Best Practice Centre are responsible for the design and orchestration of initiatives that focus on core processes and business improvement programmes, delivered through the network of Best Practice Associates, in order to strengthen performance capability across the organisation.

Sbpc are focused on delivering an agenda that ensure we continue to have the leaders and expertise we need to face today’s challenges and those ahead of us.

What does that mean in practice? A key job is to deliver development programmes to meet the needs of our current and future leaders. A critical goal for Sbpc concerns the way in which we identify and propagate best practice. In a business as diverse as ours it is vital that we can share more widely the best practice developed in one market or region.

Sbpc works closely with all parts of the business that are focused on our continued development.  In our ever-changing world, one factor remains constant; the only true differentiator is our people. Sbpc are committed to help create an environment where exceptional performance is the benchmark.
