Our Performance
Each operating division is required to monitor its safety performance, review it at its quarterly board meeting and report it through to the Corporate Assurance Group.
Since the Corporate Assurance Group's inception in October 2001 systems have been developed to review how such information can be consolidated across Serco’s diverse operations, recognising the differences in definitions of reportable incidents. Agreement has been reached against which all divisions will report, including the definition of specific performance areas.
Serco publicly reports its performance through its annual corporate responsibility report.
